Sinus Ninja treatment – Insurance

• Sinus Ninja treatments are fee-for-service. Payments are due by cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard on the day of treatment. Getting your Sinus Ninja treatments is easy with our Discount Program.

• Nova Sinus Center however uses standard medical procedure codes for assessments and treatments. At the end of your treatment series, our front desk staff can give you copies of the standard form that you can use to submit your claim to your insurance provider for any reimbursement due.

• Please Note: Nova Sinus Center provides the standard form as a courtesy. No reimbursement guarantee from your provider is implied or promised.

Are prescriptions and CT scans ordered by the physicians of Nova Sinus Center covered by insurance?

While consults and Sinus Ninja treatments are fee-for-service, any medication or imaging ordered are covered by the limits of your plan. Note that ND’s are not participating medicare providers in Washington state.

Remember, you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for physician services.

Ask your accountant or financial advisor about how this can provide significant tax savings at the end of the year. Just ask for a “superbill” receipt to keep on file with your tax records.
