Dear Dr. Frank
Are their and facilities like yours on the East coast? I live in New Jersey. Looking for relief. I do use the

I live in Washington, DC. I would love to try the REST treatment or something like it. I have had chronic sinusitis for the last 24 years (first diagnosed when I was 11), have had two ethmoidectomies and a maxillary polypectomy and still suffer from chronic sinusitis which leaves me on long courses of the broadest-spectrum antibiotics several times every year. I have tried multiple methods and devices for sinus irrigation and I find that some of these seem to actually hasten the onset of infection symptoms- possibly due to the hypothesis mentioned here regarding 'pushing' the material/microbes 'further up the spiral.' Most recently the internet is full of information about 'bio-films,' and I have found recommendations for adding Manuka honey and baby shampoo to one's sinus irrigation solution to deter the bacteria's 'matting' activities. The REST treatment sounds like a better alternative. Is there some way I could simulate its effects here in Washington, DC?
