If you have any of the following cold/flu symptoms: Severe sore throat, excessive runny nose, high fever, chills, excessive coughing or sneezing, continue with form completion and book 5 days from when your symptoms first started. The treatment will be more effective and postponing keeps everyone safe.

Minor coughing or sneezing, runny nose, post nasal drip, and/or congestion without severe sore throat or fever? Continue with form completion and book immediately.

PRE-PAYMENT: When you get to online booking, you'll notice that we ask for pre-payment. This makes checkout easy after your visit. What cards are acceptable? Debit, credit, Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flex Spending Account (FSA) cards. CANCELLATION / LATENESS POLICY: Cancels and reschedules with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded. Lateness past 15 minutes may be considered a missed appointment, at the clinician's discretion.
