Natural Relief for
Sinusitis in Seattle

The Sinus Ninja Treatment™

Quick Summary

This article describes what the treatment is, why you might need it, how often it's needed, how long it takes, what it costs, and what happens if drug therapy is ultimately required.

What is it?

The idea is simple. Sterile swabs soaked with all-natural plant essences of red thyme, eucalyptus, lavender, and peppermint are placed gently and expertly inside the nose, close to the sinus openings. These essences are naturally antimicrobial, tested for quality using gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS), and are extracted by chemical-free distillation1. The nose and sinuses are allowed to drain, instantly reducing pain, pressure, and congestion.

Why do I need it?

The treatment is an effective, all-natural alternative to drugs and surgeryThere are three main reasons why people come in for treatments:

  • Sinus Pain
  • Sinus Pressure
  • Nasal Congestion

Clients also find relief from:

  • Sinus Headache
Headache caused by inflammation of the sinuses
  • Chronic Recurring Sinusitis
Three or more sinus infections per year
  • Post Nasal Drip
Mucus dripping into the throat from the nose
  • Seasonal Allergies
Itchy, runny nose and sneezing from winter, spring, summer, and fall allergies
  • Air-Borne Particulates
Pet dander, pollens, dust, and wildfire smoke
  • Snoring
Reduced sinus inflammation tends to decrease snoring
  • CPAP-induced Sinusitis
Reduced sinus inflammation tends to increase CPAP efficiency

While it’s designed to treat nose and sinus problems, many of our clients get regular (monthly) treatments simply to enjoy a feeling of sinus refreshment and clarity. Our regular clients include people with acute and chronic nose and sinus problems, those exposed to dust and particulates, athletes, teachers, public speakers, singers, runners, cyclists, and yoga enthusiasts, for example.

How often do I need it?

When drainage happens, the nose and sinuses feel better. When we do the treatment regularly, the nose and sinuses will stay and keep getting better. There are clients who come in for a treatment when they feel sinus pain and pressure. One treatment plus a follow-up may be all that’s needed. There are others with more chronic sinus problems who come in weekly for four weeks, then monthly thereafter for maintenance.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

The treatment takes just 25 minutes. The first treatment includes a few minutes to chat about your sinus problem and takes 40 minutes. And, it’s not that expensive. Just $175 for the first visit and $85 for each treatment thereafter. Online payment is made at the time of online booking. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cards from Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s), or cards from Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s).

What if I need antibiotics?

Visits are with a licensed physician2 specially trained to perform this treatment. If antibiotics or steroids are ultimately needed, you can rest assured Sinus Ninja can prescribe these3. But, why not try a naturopathic alternative first?

The Sinus Ninja Treatment™ more often than not clears sinus pain and pressure without drugs. What’s more, medications tend to work far better when done in tandem with The Sinus Ninja Treatment™. There is a $35 Prescription Call-In Fee, per call. This is far less costly than a traditional doctor’s visit. This fee is in addition to any out of pocket expense for the actual drug cost charged by your pharmacy or incurred by your insurance plan. Your clinician at Sinus Ninja will call prescriptions in to the pharmacy of your choice once you follow the instructions on the Prescription Call-In Fee page.
